Storyline:
Eitoku
High School is for the ridiculously rich and
priviledged children of Japan. The school is
ruled by a group of 4 seniors called F4 (Flower 4);
made up of Nishikado Sojiro, heir of a tea ceremonly
school and well known playboy, Mimasaka Akira whose
father has ties to the underground, Hanazwa Rui, the
quiet son of a large trading company and Domyouji
Tsukasa, the leader of F4 and the heir to the Domyouji
World Finance Group. Everyone in the school
admires and fears them. If a student gets on the
bad side of F4 their leader; Domyouji Tsukasa issues
them a red notice. They are bullied by the
student body and eventually driven out of school.
Maiko
Tsukushi is the only student at Eitoku who is not rich
and privileged. She hopes to avoid any attention
and just graduate to make her family happy. But,
her inner sense of justice prevails and one day she
stands up to Domyouji in defense of her friend.
The next day she is given the red notice.
Although she is harassed, Makino, the "tough weed"
will not back down. She declares war on Domyouji
of F4. Her declaration of war starts to develop
deep feelings in her worst enemy; Domyouji Tsukasa.
As his feelings for her grows into a deep love his
personality changes and he finally starts to become an
adult.

Hana Yori
Dango is so addicting! I watched all 9 episodes in 1
day! I just had to know what was going to happen to
Tsukasa and Tsukushi. The characters in this drama
are great and some, like Tsukasa are very complex. I
like that. The acting is great and it has just the
perfect amount of drama. Not so much that its boring
and irritating, but just enough to keep you hooked.
The relationships between the guys of F4 is great! I
love Asian dramas because they show guy friends being
affectionate and emotional with each other. You
hardly ever see that on American shows. And the
growing hate/love relationship between Tsukasa and
Tsukushi is beautiful. Although Tsukasa is harsh, you
really feel his growing love for Tsukushi. It's
really cute and touching. This drama is a great
watch. But, be careful, you will get addicted!
